Kevin J. Cooper is an attorney in the workers’ compensation section at Gallon, Takacs, Boissoneault, & Schaffer. Kevin has been practicing as a plaintiff’s attorney since 2001 and joined GTB&S in 2006. Kevin concentrates his practice in the workers’ compensation administrative practice defending the rights of injured workers to secure the medical treatment and compensation they deserve. Kevin is licensed to practice law in Ohio and has litigated numerous disputes at all levels of Ohio trial and appellate courts. Kevin is also licensed to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He also has experience in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, civil rights litigation, probate, and general practice cases.

In addition to receiving his Juris Doctor Degree in 2001 from the University of Toledo, Kevin received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Heidelberg College in 1994. Kevin is a member of the Toledo Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, where he sits on the workers’ compensation committee, the Ohio Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association.
