John has expanded the Personal Injury Section by bringing to the firm his experience and expertise in handling medical malpractice cases. John is a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Ohio State Bar Association, and is past president of the Toledo Area Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice not only in all Ohio state courts, but also in the Federal Courts of Northern Ohio and Southern Michigan and the United States Supreme Court. In addition to his very busy law practice, John has served as board president for Racing for Recovery, a non-profit charitable organization whose mission is to offer positive alternatives to those suffering from various addictions and to assist their families in coping with the problems associated with having an addicted loved one. The firm has been a corporate sponsor of the Racing for Recovery event, held yearly in Sylvania, Ohio.
