Russ left a busy law practice in Pennsylvania to relocate to Toledo, where he successfully passed the bar and took on a key research and writing position with our Personal Injury Section.  Russ has a wide range of knowledge about the law, with a particular passion for constitutional law, which makes him a great asset to the firm and a powerful advocate for our clients.  Russ’s scholarly endeavors include published articles and appellate practice—including briefs to the Ohio Supreme Court.  Russ was recently admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
