Laura started with the firm as a law clerk while finishing law school. Her profound desire to help disadvantaged individuals made her a natural addition to the Workers’ Compensation Section when she graduated. Laura works daily to ensure that injured workers are fairly represented in the administrative process, and also keeps active with the local political scene, helping to make important changes for the state’s workers. Laura is very involved with the Lucas County Young Democrats, the Thomas M. Wernert Center board, and she currently serves as the Northwest Ohio Regional Director for the Ohio Democratic Women’s Caucus.
