Ted has been a successful litigator for more than 25 years, focusing mostly in the area of workers’ compensation law.  He tries cases in common pleas court, but also does a great deal of work in the appellate court and Supreme Court of Ohio.  Ted is a very well respected writer and educator in the workers’ compensation arena state wide.  He was drawn to law out of a fascination with the ideals underlying our system of justice, but has found much satisfaction over the years in being of service to people in times of difficulty.  Ted is most proud of his family:  he and his wife Beth have been married for 32 years; his son Charlie graduated from Xavier University in May, 2007.  Ted is an active board member of the Martin Luther King Kitchen for the Poor.
