Mike also became an attorney so that he could help people.  In addition to his wide field of practice in estates, bankruptcy, small business, real estate and domestic matters, Mike supervises the General Practice Section and formerly administered several legal service plans for various area labor unions.  Mike has been a long time civic leader and public servant, serving as Mayor for the City of Oregon and participating with the Oregonian Civic Club and the Lucas County Democratic Party.  He currently serves on the boards of trustees for Toledo Lucas County Public Library and Harbor Behavioral Healthcare.
