Marilyn began with the law firm as a part time paralegal, but ultimately returned to school for a law degree and worked her way up through the organization in the Workers’ Compensation Section.  Marilyn oversees more than one third of the workers’ compensation files in the office, and has a reputation before the Industrial Commission as an aggressive advocate for her clients.  A long time liberal, Marilyn is very active with the board of the Northwest Ohio Chapter of the ACLU and with the advisory panel for Community Shares of Northwest Ohio, a grass roots organization helping to provide workplace funding to alternative organizations in our community.
