Tom oversees the largest section of the law firm, the Workers’ Compensation Section, staffed with eight attorneys and more than twenty staff members. In addition to handling the day to day matters of consulting with clients, directing legal assistants and attending hearings before the Industrial Commission of Ohio, Tom assists in setting policy for the law firm and developing educational programs for the staff and the community in the area of workers’ compensation law. Tom is active in the Anthony Wayne community where he lives, and has actively served for many years on the Zepf Community Mental Health Center board
