Bill is the Managing Partner of the law firm.  He also practices full-time in our Workers’ Compensation section, interviewing and meeting with clients, supervising legal assistants in their work, and negotiating claims.  Bill started his legal career as a Hearing Officer for the Industrial Commission of Ohio. Bill’s motivation in the legal profession is to help others less fortunate. His extensive work with disabled individuals, labor unions and the community has brought the law firm to the cutting edge. In addition to his activities on behalf of the law firm, Bill has been and continues to be active in our community devoting his time and energy to such worthwhile causes as Compass Corporation for Recovery Services (COMPASS), Harbor House, and the Toledo Area Humane Society.
