Martha practices in the Litigation section, representing both injured individuals on workers’ compensation and personal injury matters.  She practices before the Industrial Commission of Ohio, as well as in the state’s common pleas and appellate courts.  She has successfully tried and mediated cases for her clients.  Martha is active in the technological aspects of the firm, expanding on our web based services.  She also promotes the philanthropic endeavors of the law firm, working with the American Heart Association to help the firm develop healthy policies for staff and to give back to the community by participating in the annual Heart Walk.  Martha serves on the board for the American Heart Association Heart Walk, and has been an active member of the Toledo Women’s Bar Association.
