The late Jack Gallon established Gallon, Takacs, Boissoneault & Schaffer Co., L.P.A. in 1955 as a labor law firm that represented union workers. We’ve since broadened our scope to include other areas of practice including personal injury, disability, and workers’ compensation. Still, our focus, just as clear as ever, remains on helping people who need representation. We have no qualms with taking on even the toughest cases, such as those against insurance companies, truck carriers, government agencies, or negligent manufacturers.
With more than 300 years of accumulated experience, we are more than prepared to fight for your right to compensation for your losses.
Our panel of attorneys is lengthy and impressive. We encourage you to read over our attorneys’ bios, watch their video clips to get to know each of our team members, and see why we’d be an asset to your case.
Our lawyers are bar members who hold membership in numerous professional associations. They’ve also received recognition and accolades from industry groups such as Best Lawyers in America and Ohio Super Lawyers.
When they take a case, they dedicate themselves to serving the client in whatever way they can. Don’t know what your legal rights are or what your claim is worth? Being bullied or ignored by insurers? Don’t know how to maximize your settlement? We are here to help you resolve your issues. Whether it’s filing claims, collecting evidence, negotiating with insurers, filing appeals, or going head-to-head with insurers in court – our attorneys are amply qualified.
