“For thirty years I have represented working men and women before the Industrial Commission as well as in trial and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Ohio. I have won, against opponents with far greater economic resources and political clout, enough to know that the efforts of lawyers can make the ideal of equal justice under law a reality. The notion of equality before the law is one of the noblest ideals in American social and political thought. It is the calling of lawyers to preserve that ideal and try as best we can to make it a reality. It is a privilege and an honor to share that calling.”
Ted began his career with GTB&S in 1988. His reputation and success record as a trial lawyer arguing before the Industrial Commission on behalf of injured workers, as well as in trial courts and the Supreme Court of Ohio, are well known. He is a very well respected writer and educator in the workers’ compensation arena state wide. Ted’s commitment to serving his clients and protecting their rights through the trial system has successfully served hundreds of clients.
